Kathryn founded the Therapist Network in July 2020 out of her need for community and support from colleagues who understand the trials and triumphs of working in the mental health field. She is also a practicing psychologist and community consultant.

HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Nikki joined the Therapist Network in 2021 as the Book Club and Monthly Planning Party host before starting the popular Boundaries with Nikki consultation group. She became the Head of Network Operations in 2023. Outside the Network, Nikki is a practicing psychologist and owner of a virtual assistant consultancy for therapists.

HEAD OF HOSTS

As the host of our longest-running consultation group, Friday Wind Down, Ryan’s leadership supports the quality and consistency of consultation groups inside the Network. In addition to his role at the Network, Ryan also runs a thriving private practice in Chicago.
